1. 5/00/1847, she left Chicago with 18, 000 bushels of wheat for Liverpool via Welland Canal and St. Lawrence: This was
the first Great Lakes vessel ever to sail to European Ports.
2. 10/28/1850, St. Lawrence Canal, struck a rock, sank and raised, (railroad Iron);
3. 5/00/1855, off Cleveland, Lake Erie, lost center board and head sails, repaired, $500 loss;
4. 8/26/1858, below Point Pelee, Lake Erie, sprang a leak, sank, (white oak & black walnut), (5 lives lost), cargo $2, 000 lost, hull
$4, 500 loss;
5. 8/21/1910, Salvage exhibition formed from Port Huron; Heirs of the New Brunswick protested & headed off the salvage;
6. 5/21/1923, Margaret Goodman (hard hat diver) discovered wreck & attempted salvage;
7. 5/00/1980, Wreck rediscovered & salvaged;
