General notes:
*She was bound from Presque Isle, Pennsylvania to Detroit at the time of the disaster.
The whole existence of this vessel is based on the1798 declaration of Augustin Francoeur, Upper Canada;
The Burton Collection notes her wrecked near Point Abino, Lake Erie in the summer of 1798;
In August, 1798, she was chartered by Captain Ernest, the collector of customs for Detroit, to take American property to Presque Isle, Pennsylvania.
