1. 10/10/1845, Lake Erie, collision, (Propeller, Phoenix), repaired, $600 loss;
2. 5/00/1847, between Dunkirk and Buffalo, Lake Erie, broken machinery, towed into port and repaired;
3. 00/00/1849, Sandusky flats, ran on an anchor, sprang a leak and repaired, $1, 200 loss;
4. 3/21/1850, Opposite Bird Island Pier, near black Rock; Niagara River, near Buffalo, Lake Erie, exploded boilers, (12 lives lost),
repaired;
5. 3/00/1860, Goderich Harbor, drifted out during a freshet and sank about 2 miles off shore, Total loss, $5, 000 loss;

General notes:
*Heyl has the builder as David Stebbins, but he was only the surveyor according the enrollments;
In1859, she was bought by the railroad and transferred to Goderich; She ran Goderich to Chicago during (1859-1861);
Heyl says she was scrapped in 1861;
Machinery: Crosshead, high pressure engine in 1845 and a Vertical Beam engine in 1846;
She was abandoned in 1861;
