Hull #333; Acquired by U. S. Navy in July, 1945, and operated by U. S. Coast Guard; Placed in reserve fleet on 5/23/1946; Reacquired by U. S. Navy on 2/2/1947 and commissioned on 5/27/1947; Assigned to Alaska Sea Frontier, running Seattle to Alaska ports; From January-July, 1951, served mid Pacific Trust Territories and from August, 1951 to January, 1952, was in the Korean war zone, running Japan to Korean ports; After a general overhaul, departed Bremerton, Washington, 5/12/1952, again to serve Japan to Korean Ports; For the next several years served in Pacific, Pearl Harbor, and Japan; Arrived at Yokosuka, Japan, 11/21/1959, and was decommissioned there on 12/5/1959; Stricken from Navy register, 1/1/1960; Sold to Hugo Neu Steel Products Corporation, New York, N. Y. on 7/27/1960, for scrapping;
