General notes:
Vessel reported as "sailed for Santiago, Cuba, 20/7/1923, not reported since." She sailed from St. Mary's River, Michigan; Tug S. S. Mac, appears in 1941 Canadian List of Shipping as a recovered wreck. Built at Thessalon, Ontario in 1941; In July, 1962, Captain James McColman of Thessalon, said that he and his two sons, Sherlock and Solomon, recovered the S.S. Mac off Detroit, Michigan; The Cayuga was owned by T. L. Durocher, of Detour, Michigan when she was lost in 1923; Hull obviously had been abandoned at the Salon, Ontario, boneyard as early as 1963, although still carried on Canadian List of Shipping;
