4. 7/24/1847, Sandusky, Lake Erie, collision with a pier, sank and raised;
5. 9/4/1847, West Sister Island, Lake Erie, ashore and released;

Machinery: high pressure engine built by Ward and Benne, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1836;
The Detroit Advertiser and Tribune says the engine was built by Haskness & Voorhies and Company, Cincinnati in 1837;
