Notes
General notes:
*The Ohio was sold to the United States Government in November of 1812. She was part of Commodore's Fleet on Lake Erie, but did not participate in the "Battle of Lake Erie".
**It is clear she sailed under her old name as a sloop after the war of 1812, but it could not be confirmed if she was still
Canadian owned. Another problem is she was referred to as a schooner when in British control. Was she really
converted to a schooner with two masts, or was the term "schooner" used in a loose manner referring to any sailing vessel?
8/12/1814, renamed Huron, armed with one gun, she was placed in transport service;
1817, she was in ordinary, still part of the British fleet;
1822-1825, she carried her old name and traded on the Maumee River;
Macpherson list her armed with one gun;
