She was the first steamer on Lake Erie, Lake Huron, and Lake Michigan ; She was also the 3rd Steamer on the Great Lakes;
Machinery: Cross head engine, built by Robert McQueen, New York, New York; Boiler 20' x 9' diameter; Wheels, 22' diameter;
Paddles wee 9' in diameter;
Machinery was installed in Steamer, Superior, and later into the Steamer, Charles Townsend;
The cabin fare from Buffalo to Detroit was $18.00;
