1. 11/15/1852, South Bass Island, Lake Erie, sprang a leak, ran ashore, sank and raised, (flour), $6, 000 loss;
2. 4/20/1855, Belle Island, near Hog Island, Detroit River, boiler exploded and sank, (17 lives lost), $8, 000 loss;
3. 5/7/1859, hull was raised and taken to dry dock to be rebuilt;
4. 11/11/1859, St. Clair flats, sank while in tow of the Tug Reindeer;
5. 9/00/1861, hull was raised;
