1. 10/7/1844, Buffalo, Lake Erie, broke her shaft in a severe storm, (4 passengers were washed overboard);
2. 11/00/1844, Lake Huron, broke her machinery, towed into port and repaired;
3. 6/3/1845, Thunder Bay, Lake Huron, her engine broke down, towed into port and repaired;
4. Winter of 1845-1846, Buffalo, Lake Erie, ice damaged hull and was repaired;
5. 10/11/1850, Vermilion, Lake Erie, collision, (Propeller, Oneida), repaired, $300 loss;
6. 8/27/1851, Chicago, collision, (Propeller, Rossiter), repaired;
7. 11/7/1852, Kelley's Island, Lake Erie, ashore and wrecked, (hogs, cattle, and flour), $15, 000 loss;
8. 11/27/1852, using, the Propeller, Cataract, wreckers salvaged the safe;
9. 11/27/1852, using the Propeller, London, wreckers removed part of her engine and took it to Sandusky, Ohio; The hull was
later burned and scrap was removed;
10. 1/1/1954, her boiler is still there in about 6 feet of water, and is a favorite fishing ground;
11. 10/1/1964, scuba divers presented to Captain Frank Hamilton a brass valve removed from the wreck for his work on Great
Lakes History;

Machinery: Cross head engine built by Allaire Works, New York, New York; Cylinder, 44" diameter x 9' stroke: Wheels, 28' diameter; The engine came out of the Steamer, Sandusky and was installed at Cleveland, Ohio;
